FG Public School No. 7 Girls Wah Cantt was established in 1971. The school was upgraded to high school in 1977 as FG High School No. 8 Wah Cantt, later renamed as FG Public School No. 7 Girls Wah Cantt. The school has over 1000 students and classes are being offered from Pre-I to X.
The Alumni of FGPS No. 7 Girls are serving not only on regional level but also at national in different capacities as Doctors, Engineers, Lawyers, and Teachers.
